Ralph C. Musicant
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Ralph C. Musicant, age 54, is a Harvard Law School graduate who has founded and operated start-up companies in a variety of industries. From 1976-83 he was Founder and CEO of The Reserve Companies, Inc., a natural resource development company that operated coal mines in Kentucky and Tennessee and also engaged in developmental oil and gas well drilling. Mr. Musicant was the Co-founder and Chairman of First Publishing, Inc., which (from 1980-1993) published thirteen monthly comic book titles and graphic novels (including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). That company went public in 1991. Additionally, he has founded companies in the direct mail industry (a catalog of lifestyle products for senior citizens), office products manufacturing, magazine publishing (Cigar Lifestyles Magazine that had fourteen local city editions) and a computerized multiple listing service for commercial office space (COLEX, which predated the Internet).

Mr. Musicant is also Managing Director of Ideas and Methods Incorporated, a Chicago-based business consulting and acquisition firm, specializing in early stage companies. Mr. Musicant’s academic career includes an appointment as the Martin C. Remer Visiting Distinguished Professor of Finance at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Most recently, he was an invited speaker at a Colloquium on E-therapy presented by the Institute of Cybermedicine at Harvard Medical School.

Lawrence Osborn, M.D., M.P.H.
Executive Vice President and Corporate Medical Director

Lawrence W. Osborn, M.D., M.P.H., age 60, has primary responsibility for the design, operation and outcome measurement of My Therapy Newtork services for health and behavioral health programs for managed care, governmental, employer and other defined populations. Dr. Osborn has accumulated 30 years of experience in the fields of behavioral, mental, and occupational health, with recent emphasis on the provision and management of behavioral health services under managed care health plans as well as self-insured arrangements.

For 20 years, Dr. Osborn was a commissioned medical officer with the US Public Health Service, holding a wide range of mostly Boston-based clinical, research, teaching, consulting, and administrative appointments associated with positions at the National Institute of Mental Health, the Center for Disease Control, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the Health Care Financing Administration and Dartmouth Medical School. He has practiced medicine as a psychiatrist, emergency room physician, primary care physician and occupational health physician.

After retirement from the U.S. Public Health Service in 1988, Dr. Osborn initiated a number of psychiatric and consulting group services, including the TOPSYCH Medical Review Group (specializing in psychiatric special case review and consulting) and
Health and Human Services Consulting Group (specializing in consulting services for federal and state governments and hospital systems).


In 1992, Dr. Osborn joined Aetna/USHealthcare as National Medical Director for Behavioral Health Services. In this position he had overall responsibility for all mental health and addiction services and products covered by the company, including HMO, non-HMO, Medicare, and national account populations.

Dr. Osborn received his B.A. from Amherst College, his M.D. from Cornell University Medical College, and his M.P.H. from the Harvard School of Public Health. He is Board certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American College of Psychiatry and Neurology.


Dale John Giolas, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer

Dale J. Giolas, M.D., age 49, is responsible for the development and implementation of all medical policies and procedures of My Therapy Network LLC contact provider therapists. Dr. Giolas is also the founder and CEO of Catalyst Integrations, Inc., a company that provides administrative software and services to small mental health practices. In various corporate capacities at Lifescape.com and Askesis Development Group, Dr. Giolas has developed expertise in the integration of technology with the delivery of behavioral healthcare services.

Dr. Giolas has been a faculty member at the University of Illinois Medical School and is also the Medical Director of FAIR, an outpatient program for teenagers with addiction problems. Dr. Giolas is Board Certified in Psychiatry, Neurology, Addiction Medicine and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana.

Gary C. Goldman, Ph.D.
Director of Professional Recruitment

Dr. Goldman, age 61, is responsible for credential certification and background checks with respect to all My Therapy Network LLC contract providers. Further, Dr. Goldman personally conducts telephone interviews with applicants to evaluate their capabilities and acceptability as contract providers for the Company. Dr. Goldman, who holds a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, has been a California licensed Marriage and Family therapist for more than 10 years.

Dr. Goldman received a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in Oceanography, a field he worked in for 15 years. He was employed as a physicist at NASA for 7 years and was a teaching fellow at the University of Michigan. Dr. Goldman has extensive public speaking experience including both radio and television talk shows and infomercials. He maintains a counseling practice, specializing in interpersonal relationships, substance abuse and its effects on families, and also step families (a subject about which he is authoring a book). He has had extensive training in telephone counseling from Ozone House (Ann Arbor, MI), Bowie Hotline (Bowie, MD), Santa Monica Hotline (Santa Monica, CA), Women’s Resource Center (Oceanside, CA) and the Community Resource Center (Encinitas, CA).

Robert J. Jordan
Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Jordan, age 42, is a strategy consultant and Director of MTN and an Inc. 500 CEO with significant Internet and new media experience. He is best known for founding Online Access, the first Internet-coverage magazine. The publication was launched in 1986 and sold in 1996 to CMP Media. Mr. Jordan increased its sales 722% over a 5-year period and in 1996 was named one of Inc. magazine’s fastest growing U.S. businesses. Mr. Jordan received his B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan and his Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Jordan is currently providing management services to Internet companies through his firm, interimCEO.com, Inc. Additionally, he is General Partner of Nomad Ventures LLC, a venture capital fund investing exclusively in wireless technology companies. Mr. Jordan maintains board memberships with the following companies: Distributoys, a hub for e-commerce merchants; Coach2100.com, an ASP for Fortune 1000 sales teams; and Level2.com, a financial portal for investors.

Robert J. Killian
Consultant

Robert J. Killian, 58, is My Therapy Network LLC’s marketing and branding consultant. Author, lecturer, creative director, graphic designer, marketing consultant, and founder of Killian & Company Advertising, Inc., a Chicago-based integrated marketing agency.

Services provided by Mr. Killian and his organization include branding, corporate and product naming, as well as advertising and marketing counsel. These services are tailored for applicability across all marketing platforms, from print media, to television, to the Internet. Clients of his firm cover the complete range of business categories, from AT&T and McDonald’s to startups, from Weber Barbeques to Bank One, from financial services to fragrances to frozen foods, software to bulldozers.

Mr. Killian and his firm use a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of brand assets. Killian & Company has developed proprietary analytical tools in its brand equity development program, which identify and evaluate distinct brand assets to determine appropriate resource allocation to generate maximum impact on brand equity. Mr. Killian’s methodology has been detailed in his many published articles on branding.
